Take 93 South (Southeast Expressway) to the Braintree Split. Bear left at the split onto Route 3 towards Cape Cod. Take the first exit on right, labeled Washington Street (Quincy Adams T). Follow the exit ramp, bearing to the left towards Quincy Adams T Station (do not go into the parking garage). Bear left until you reach the lights at the bottom of the ramp. At the bottom of the hill turn left, then bear left into the Crown Colony Business Park. 300 Crown Colony Drive is on the right. Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP is on the 4th Floor.

From I-95, Route 128, Route 24 and Points South

Expansion of Federal Protections for LGBT Workers

On June 15, 2020, the Supreme Court of the United States handed down a historic 6-3 decision authored by Justice Neil Gorsuch, in which the Court held that employers cannot discriminate against an individual on the basis of the individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity. This case, Bostock v. Clayton County, was a consolidation of three cases, involving two gay men, who were terminated based on their sexual orientation, and one transgender woman, who was terminated based on her gender identity.
