Our Attorneys

Ms. Genin’s practice is focused on all facets of corporate, business and commercial real estate law. She advises municipalities and represents corporations, individuals, developers, and investors on a wide range of matters with respect to entity formation, asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, franchise sales, disposition, leasing and financing of industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, office and retail properties. Ms. Genin serves as legal counsel to retirement boards and handles investment matters including the review and negotiation of investment policies, limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements and investment manager agreements for various types of investment vehicles including real estate, fixed income, hedge funds, and private equity.  Additionally, as part of her practice, Ms. Genin negotiates vendor procurement and complex commercial contracts for custodial, actuarial and other professional services.

Ms. Genin graduated from New England Law Boston. While she attended law school, Ms. Genin interned at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General with the Medicaid Fraud and Control Unit. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University.
