Our Attorneys

Ms. Genin’s practice is primarily focused on all facets of commercial real estate, corporate and business law.   She represents corporations, developers, individuals, commercial landlords, and investors on a wide range of matters with respect to entity formation, asset purchase, acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, office and retail properties.

Ms. Genin graduated from New England Law Boston.  While she attended law school, Ms. Genin interned at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General with the Medicaid Fraud and Control Unit. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University.
