Our Attorneys

Ms. Dedian is a member of the firm’s Special Education Law Group, representing school districts in all aspects of special education law and litigation. She has extensive experience ranging from meetings and hearings at the school level, to administrative hearings at the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) and court appeals. Ms. Dedian has developed numerous training courses on special education law and presented to professionals and community members. As a former defense attorney and family law practitioner, Ms. Dedian is highly experienced in litigation. Prior to joining the MHTL, Ms. Dedian practiced for several years as a private attorney certified by the Committee for Public Counsel Services to accept cases in juvenile court, a family law practitioner, as well as an education law attorney.

Ms. Dedian received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England Law/Boston.
