Our Attorneys
Ms. McGrew joined MHTL in the Spring of 2024 as an Associate and her practice is primarily focused on labor and employment, education, and municipal law. Prior to joining MHTL, Ms. McGrew worked as a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and at the Worcester Juvenile Court. Additionally, Ms. McGrew taught 8th and 9th grade US/World History in the Boston Public Schools System. She is a member of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association and the Education Law Association.
Ms. McGrew received her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. During law school, she was the Director of Academic Affairs for the Black Law Students Association, a member of Outlaw and the First-Generation Professionals, and a Class Representative for the national organization Womxn of Color Collective. Before attending law school, Ms. McGrew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History, modified with African and African American Studies and Women and Gender Studies, from Dartmouth College and a Master’s in Education from Boston College. Ms. McGrew is a Doctoral Candidate and working on her Ph.D. in Education, also from Boston College.
Ms. McGrew is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Minnesota.
