Our Attorneys

Mr. Donnelly practices in the areas of municipal law, labor and employment law, and general civil litigation. Additionally, he practices in the firm’s public pension and employee benefits law group, where he supports the firm’s Chapter 32 team and has assisted in several disability cases before DALA and CRAB. Prior to joining MHTL as an Associate, Mr. Donnelly worked as a summer law clerk for the firm, during which he gained experience in a variety of labor, employment and employee benefits matters, as well as in municipal law matters.

Mr. Donnelly received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. During law school, he honed his litigation skills in BU Law’s Criminal Clinic, where he argued several motions in district court. He also interned with a Supreme Court of New York Justice and served as a research assistant. Prior to law school, Mr. Donnelly graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. During his undergraduate studies, he completed internships with a First Court of Appeals Justice, McKool Smith, and the NYPD Legal Bureau.

Mr. Donnelly is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
