Our Attorneys

Ariana Imbrescia graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in May 2021, and joined MHTL in June 2023 as an Associate. Prior to joining MHTL, Ms. Imbrescia served as an Attorney Fellow with the Northeastern University Office of the General Counsel, a comprehensive two-year fellowship in which she represented the university in multiple litigation and pre-litigation matters involving various departments across the university.

During law school, Ms. Imbrescia gained valuable experience while interning with a Massachusetts’ District Court Judge, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Technology Licensing Office, Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. and Sonos, Inc. She served as a Symposium Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review, a Teaching Assistant for the Intellectual Property Law Clinic, and the Treasurer for the Student Bar Association.

Prior to law school, Ms. Imbrescia graduated summa cum lade from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Following her graduation from Roger Williams University, Ms. Imbrescia worked as a Fund Accountant for almost four years at State Street Corporation.

Ms. Imbrescia is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
