Ms. Fay is an associate in the Education Law Group, dealing in regular and special education legal issues.

Ms. Fay received her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, cum laude, with a major in French and Italian. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Ms. Fay participated in special education and probate law clinics. Ms. Fay also has international school teaching experience and prior experience working the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals.
