Ms. Kaplan is an associate attorney with the firm. She maintains a general practice, with particular focus in the area of labor and employment law.

Ms. Kaplan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Michigan, with distinction, with a major in psychology and a minor in political science. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Kaplan worked for State Senator Mark Montigny and was a summer associate at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP.
