Lauren Clifford GalvinLauren Clifford Galvin practices in the areas of municipal law, and labor and employment. Ms. Galvin has successfully represented municipal clients at a variety of court proceedings including injunction hearings, civil contempt hearings, dispositive motion hearings and trials in the Superior Court and Land Court. She conducts all states of litigation including initiation, discovery, trial preparation and appeals. Additionally, Ms. Galvin also regularly advises municipal clients on issues that arise in the context of land use, elections, public records requests, open meetings, trustee process and bankruptcy.
Ms. Galvin graduated from Boston College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She received her law degree from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, she was a managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Ms. Galvin was also a legal intern during law school for the Massachusetts Attorney General and the DeKalb County Public Defender. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Galvin worked as a litigation paralegal at Hill & Barlow and Goulston & Storrs.
