Jessica L. Ritter is an associate in the regular and special education practices.

Ms. Ritter received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and graduated with Faculty Honors in Political Science in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2006. As a law student, Ms. Ritter was a recipient of a public interest summer fellowship, at the National Housing Law Project in Washington, D.C. She also participated in the law school's Child Advocacy Clinic, which awarded her a CALI academic prize for her field work. While in law school, Ms. Ritter worked as a registered Connecticut State Lobbyist.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ritter worked as an educational analyst for the House Ways & Means Committee of the Massachusetts State Legislature and served as an Americorps volunteer in the Boston public school system.  Ms. Ritter is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
