Jason has a general practice with experience covering a wide range of issues facing corporate, real estate, municipal and individual clients. He has advised new companies in corporate formation and finance. He has also assisted going concerns with regulatory compliance, as well as lease, contract and license negotiation. Jason also has general litigation experience, most recently relating to corporate governance and public accountability issues. Additionally, Jason regularly represents municipalities in public construction bid disputes. Jason is a graduate of Syracuse University and Boston College Law School.
