Mr. Flynn has served as Town Counsel to the Town of Natick for nineteen years and as Town Counsel to the Town of Milton for eleven years.
He represents these towns in all phases of municipal law including litigation, environmental
matters, zoning, personnel issues, contracts, licensing, eminent domain, and the entire spectrum of town meeting issues. Mr. Flynn also
has provided general counsel and special counsel services for over twenty-five years to many towns and school committees for general and
litigation matters. He is an active member of the City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association and has lectured at educational seminars
sponsored by the Association. Mr. Flynn also has an extensive private practice with a concentration in real estate, employment and contract
law. A seasoned trial attorney with extensive success in civil jury and non-jury trials before Massachusetts and federal courts, he is
a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts
and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mr. Flynn is a graduate of Boston College and the Georgetown University
Law Center, and he served in the Vietnam War with the United States Navy.
