Mr. Moss is an associate in the municipal and litigation practice areas.

Mr. Moss received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (cum laude) from The George Washington University Law School.  In addition, Mr. Moss obtained his Juris Doctor (With Honors) from The George Washington University Law School.  During law school, Mr. Moss served as a Staff Member and Articles Editor of The Public Contract Law Journal, as well as a Writing Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Program.  Mr. Moss also authored “Can a State Avoid Higher Prices Incurred Under Long-Term Power Supply Contracts? A Study of California’s Situation Following Its Energy Crisis,” a Note that was published in Volume 32 of The Public Contract Law Journal (2002).

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moss was employed as a litigation and municipal law attorney in Massachusetts. In particular, Mr. Moss has counseled and represented individuals, businesses, public entities and insurers in a variety of litigation and non-litigation matters.  For example, Mr. Moss provided general representation to a Massachusetts town and handled liability issues for several Massachusetts municipalities.  Further, Mr. Moss was previously employed as a Judicial Law Clerk with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, where he was involved with the licensing of nuclear facilities.
